Pada artikle ini dibahas mengenai cara pembuatan account alertpay secara,garis besarnya saja dan hal-hal  yang dianggap sangat perlu,untuk mendapat penjelasan yang lengkap ,silahkan dibaca pada menu help di webnya.

Silahkan klik pada type account yang anda pilih, Personal Starter tidak dikenakan biaya untuk mengirim dan menerima uang,dan nantinya bisa diupgrade ke type accout Personal Pro atau Business bila diperlukan.

 

Langkah-langkah Registasi :

1. Mengisi Form Contact information (seperti gambar dibawah)          2. Melengkapi Form Login credentials     3. Activate your account

* First Name   :    Nama Depan
* Last name    :   Nama belakang
* Phone          :    No tlp / HP  + kode negara   +62xxxxxxxxx
* Address 1    :   Alamat yang bisa dijangkau pos / asli
   Address 2   :
* City / Town  :   Kota anda
* Country       :    Indonesia
* Region        :   Masukan text optional
* Postal Code :   Kode pos

 

Setelah melakukan langkah  pertama dan kedua,anda akan mendapat e-mail konfirmasi dari alertpay untuk memvalidasi account anda,Bila anda tidak menerima e-mail tersebut.Loginlah menggunakan alamat e-mail dan password sementara seperti yang anda pakai untuk melakukan pendaftaran, anda akan dapat beritahuan seperti berikut :

Your login may have failed for the following reasons:

  • You must enter your full email address (name@domain.com).

  • You must enter a password.

  • Your password is case sensitive, so include necessary capitals.

  • You may have CAPS LOCK turned on.

  • Your password must be at least 6 characters long.

 

Klik link Resend my validation email  untuk medapatkan e-mail ulang,loginlah dengan menggunakan password yang anda terima di alamat e-mail anda dan selesaikan pengisian Form Validasi.

Transaction PIN

PIN merupakan pengamam untuk melakukan transaksi ( bukan password untuk login ke account anda )

Transaction PIN is used as an extra layer of security when initiating any transaction from your account.

Create Transaction PIN

*Your PIN must be numeric between 4 and 8 numbers

PIN anda harus berupa nomor antara 4 sampai 8 Karakter

Re-enter Transaction PIN

 

Sampai disini account alertpay anda sudah jadi,anda diperlihatkan tampilan accountnya dengan status

Account Status: Pending Account Verification

Unfortunately, we had to put a temporary hold on your AlertPay until you become AlertPay Verified

The following will not be available to you during this hold:
  • Make payments (melakukan pembayaran)
  • Request money (meminta uang anda)
  • Deposit or withdraw funds (deposit atau penarikan)
  • Close Account (menutup account anda)

 Untuk memverifikasi di butuhkan waktu lebih dari 10 hari kerja,anda di minta mengupload data sebagai berikut :

Account Verification

Submit 1 valid photo ID and 1 proof of address document.( sebaiknya upload KTP saja,karena sudah memuat alamat lengkap dan Photo,hasil scan diusahakan sebagus mungkin dan photonya sejelas mungkin.

You are required to submit the clearly scanned image of a valid photo ID. Please ensure all four edges of the document are visible. See our FAQ for more detail.

Setting up your bank account is simple ( hal ini bisa anda lakukan bila status anda Verified ).

Simply follow the steps:

  1. Log in to your AlertPay account.
  2. Select My Profile.
  3. Click on Set up Bank Account.
  4. Choose country where your bank account is located.
  5. Enter details of our account.
  6. Click Add Bank Account
  7. Click Submit

 

To withdraw funds, you will need to create a bank transfer transaction. It can take up to 3-5 business days to complet.( hal ini bisa anda lakukan bila status anda Verified ).Simply follow the steps: 

  1. Log into AlertPay
  2. Click the Withdraw Funds.
  3. Click the Bank Transfer link.
  4. Select a balance
  5. Select a confirmed bank account.
  6. Enter the amount to transfer.
  7. Review and confirm the transfer details.
  8. Transaction created is in pending status.
